About Munen
Munen is a screen-time app for iPhone that changes how it meets you tomorrow, based on how today actually went.
Each night it reads on-device signals - app switching, late-night scrolling, long sessions - and places your day in one of five zones. That zone sets tomorrow's pause: a rough day means a firmer wait before a distracting app opens, a good week eases it. Never more than one step per day, and the change lands the next morning, never mid-slip.
Nothing is blocked. When a distracting app opens, Munen shows the reason you wrote yourself and the alternative you picked, then lets you decide.
You can always see why. The scoring runs on your phone, and usage data, zone and journal never leave the device.
The free plan is the full app for up to three apps, no time limit. Premium removes the app limit and adds friction intensity, unlimited history, a daily coach, personalized SOS and a weekly summary of your journal.
Built by one person, on the App Store since August.
